The Biebel's family introduced a supermarket to the Green Bay community back in 1903. Adjusting to changes in the market and customer base, in 1977, the third-generation owner, Paul Biebel, began catering for his customers.
Biebel's eventually left the grocery business to focus on the catering and party rental businesses working with their customers to create parties all over northeast Wisconsin. These businesses continue to grow while we continue to offer many of the services of past like refilling propane tanks and offering Biebel's special recipe brats and popular shredded meats.
In 2017, Kim Agostine, born and raised in Wisconsin, purchased Biebel's from the family, becoming the first non-family member to own this remarkable business. Today, Kim continues to focus on what has made Biebel's a long-standing tradition, while offering exceptional customer service, consistent, high quality production from the kitchen and maintaining and supplementing a broad rental line.
